Ms. Hone is the Vice President of Operations and Compliance and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to her current role at Grandeur Peak, Ms. Hone served as a Global Equities Trader from the firm’s inception to 2018.

Before joining Grandeur Peak Global Advisors in 2011, Ms. Hone was the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Internal Audit at Marlin Business Bank in Salt Lake City. Ms. Hone also spent two years at American Express as a Senior Manager of Internal Audit. Her prior experience also includes 15 years in the back office at Wasatch Advisors, including eight years as the Director of Operations, where she helped the firm navigate from being a domestic investment firm to becoming a global investment manager.
