Ms. Baer focuses on the firm’s engagement process, social justice framework and environmental framework. Ms. Baer interreacts with the research team on engagement ideas. While at Brigham Young University, she focused her studies on corporate social responsibility. She received the Ballard Scholar Award, an award given to students who have developed a thorough knowledge of social impact. Chloe was involved with Brigham Young University’s Ballard Center for Social Impact, where she student taught classes on how to do good, better.
